Terms and Conditions for Collection and Delivery

Dropping off Items

We have shops and outlets across the UK; you can drop off your laundry during our operating hours of between 6am – 6pm Monday to Saturday. Check your order is complete when your book online as well as in the shops as we won’t be held responsible for delays in processing your orders. In the shops, you will be given a till ticket which should be checked.
If you believe the depreciated value of your garment/item exceeds 10 times our service charge, please declare the value. In which case, the garment/item will be serviced at 1/10th of the declared value of the item.
We will require a completed and signed Customer Consent Form in the shops or tick to acknowledge online authorising the processing of any item that we consider a risk. Some high risk items are mostly natural products like leather and suede as well as curtains, wedding/evening/beaded dresses or other household or non-clothing items are particularly difficult to clean; therefore, we can only undertake to clean them at your own risk. Collecting and Delivery items

Lost tickets will require Identification and you will need to sign for the order collected.
Check your order is complete in the shop-no liability for missing items once you leave. Uncollected items may be disposed of after 90 days. We will not be held liable for any loss that you may suffer in such an event.
We endeavour to deliver your items when expected, however, due to London traffic, circumstances may arise which make it impossible to deliver at the time originally booked. In these rare instances, we will endeavour to inform you of the delay ahead of time and reschedule the delivery at your convenience, subject to availability.
  • If you need to change your delivery time for any reason, please inform us as soon as possible so we can rearrange your delivery

If there is no response or we are unable to gain access to your property at the scheduled time of delivery, we will contact you to rearrange your delivery; however we reserve the right not to accept an order, to cancel an order or terminate your account if this occurs repeatedly.
  • Collection and deliveries for this service are through our drivers.
  • Collection and delivery slots are Monday - Friday, 9am- 9pm only.
  • Saturdays Delivery is between 10.00 am – 1.00 pm.
  • Sundays and bank holidays are excluded for non-commercial delivery.
  • Delivery restrictions apply. Available in UK Mainland only
  • Minimum collection and delivery order is £50
  • We do not accept memory foam mattress toppers
  • You acknowledge and agree that the material and content contained within this website is made available for your personal non-commercial use only and that you may only download content (via page cache) for the purpose of using this website
